Membership

While anyone may participate in the life of our church without being a member, we encourage those who are interested in an ongoing relationship with Saugatuck Church to consider becoming a member.

Membership is a public affirmation of the individual’s agreement with and commitment to the values of our church. It also allows the individual to engage more fully in the church. Members provide the vision and leadership for our programs. Being a member means having a voice in charting the course and taking a turn at the tiller.

Becoming a member is easy. Our pastor runs a brief course that covers the church, its programs, its operations, and our denomination. Stories are shared. Questions are asked and answered. We then welcome new members during Sunday worship.
